LEAD TIME

We take great care in preparing each order to make sure it is just right. Given the custom nature of each jewelry piece, please allow us up to 1 week for processing your order. Eyeliner orders are processed within 24 hours.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Jillian Dempsey does not ship orders to post office boxes. We can use post office box addresses for billing purposes. We are not able to ship internationally. Delivery Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday delivery not available.

Items ordered together may not always ship together, depending on availability.
